People are jus being emotional.. Football dis days is all about the money.. Players need to spend heavily on their squad to be guaranteed success on the international stage. How can the clubs continue to meet their financial requirements wen they can't sell out stadiums and wen revenues are shrinking? Barca, Madrid, are hugely indebted and have been taking out loans to fund their clubs. PSG will dominate the French league for years simply becos they can buy the rest of the squads in the Ligue 1. |

There is basket version of the league called Europe league, sponsored by Turkish air line. There are founding members like Fenebache and Andolus both from Turkey, Real Madrid and Barcelona from Spain, Panathiakos and Olympiakos from Greece, Ac Milan from Italy, Zaigiris Kaunas from Lithuania, CSKA Moscow and Petersburg from Russia, Macaabi Tel Aviv from Israel as founding members while they invited other basket teams from Europe. Every interesting league of basket. Perez is taking clue from it. Can't wait for the football version where u ve the best in Europe. |
