I understand that communicating with the right coach can be much more helpful for all company managers. However, one cannot ignore the usefulness of the Change management books that all workgroup managers will read. I believe that self-study and books are also an important part of understanding Organizational Change Management. I wanted to write a comment here because you state in your post that training is the only way to deal with business change. I should share my experience and tell you that this is not true. Every one of us has been a student and knows that working with a teacher is only 30 percent knowledge. Thus, working with research papers, articles, and books makes up the other percent of knowledge.
