Opinion:

When you listen to peoples stories and agony, you get to find out majority are stuck in the middle of the devilish trio especially the young ones...

Unemployment: it's no news the rate of unemployment in Nigeria today is abysmal, a whopping 33% of the working population is no good news as more are pumped into the labour market every quarter not counting the drop outs and those whom never attended schools.

No business capital: its aswell not news anymore the 18% inflation rate has wiped off business capitals of some while inflation has reduced the savings of many to almost not useful for a business venture.

Resistance to fraud: while we read the news of many being caught, aswell as cyber security being strengthened, majority of Nigerians especially graduates are opposed to a life of crime. We have noticed from various discuss, Majority dont have the heart either due to religious leanings or family doctrines. The name tag is shameful to many and not a line most would toe.

Now to the headline, it's no news most are caught in this terrible web while the years fly bye with no end in sight. This has made many either suicidal, depressed or hopeless.

Solutions:
- Mass internships Organizations should be encouraged to practice mass internships to accommodate more.

- Cultural changes: while ideas rule the world, Nigeria may seem to be eroding its past cultures e.g new yam festival etc (that enables farmers make large sales) while developing no new unifying cultures to drive employment.

- Education curriculum changes: job creation comes from daily activities practice most-times, in a country where risk taking is extremely minimal like Nigeria, force needs to be employed. Eg If we make swimming compulsory in schools, we would have more teachers, more pool builders, more tilers, more plumbers, more equipment manufacturers etc and more swim sport enthusiasts.

If we make music compulsory, we have more teachers, more indigenous musical equipment makers, more reasonable concerts and maybe more grammies etc..

- Nysc conversion to one year compulsory vocational study: while reading through the comments of "Are you practicing what you studied" you would come to understand majority are not because obviously the organizations cannot have more than it requires in a particular field, so many have deviated to other lines of practice. It's either they learnt it via self or were tutored under apprenticeship. Utilizing the NYSC for that purpose may lead almost 50% to various untapped fields which they end up becoming employers at a very young age while creating jobs. E.g - We have seen how a 3month Big brother Nigeria brought out Ozo whom was a sport enthusiast to the lime light

We know most are stuck in between the trio, just hang in there as this too shall pass while you grab your hands on anything you can do that is morally right and legal.
