A group of siblings who all practice medicine has inspired over 100,000 people on LinkedIn.

Dr. Chinyere Okpaleke, a family medicine hospitalist living in Houston, posted a photo of herself standing alongside four of her sisters and one brother, on April 10 in honor of National Siblings Day.

Appearing in the image from left to right are Okway Okpaleke, M.D., Chinelo Okpaleke, P.A., Nkiru Osefo, M.D., Ifeoma Okpaleke, N.P., Queenate Okpaleke, N.P. and Chinyere Okpaleke.

Another sibling, Lillian Okpaleke, M.D., is not pictured.

Andrew Okpaleke, M.D., their father, is a retired physician of internal medicine who practiced for 30 years, and their mother, Celina Okpaleke, P.A., has been practicing for over 20.

"We are Nigerian, so we have that cultural background of my parents being immigrants and basically sacrificing coming here for a better life," Chinyere Okpaleke, whose patients call her Dr. Chi, told "Good Morning America." "Their idea of wanting us to succeed came across in how they raised us."

Dr. Chi said she and her siblings all share the desire to help people, and that many have commented about the entire family working in the same field.

If they are all living in Nigeria, their story would have been different. If waec had not slowed some of them down to frustration, the "almighty" jamb would not have allowed some of them to achieve their expectations. Congratulations to you all.

Igbo mmamma nu oh grin

Igbo ekelem oh cheesy

Umu Chineke cool

That's why we are asking for Biafra, not that we hate Hausa-Fulanis, we only hate their way of life and wickedness to other humans.....not that we hate Yorubas, we only hate their treacherous, backstabbing and cowardly way of life politically, but cherish their love for peace and harmony......not that we hate Hausa-Fulanis but we do not love their extreme Islamic religious doctrines that make them act irrational and brutal towards other none-Muslims......not that we hate Muslims.....we only hate their hatred for western education, civilisation and freedom of worship......not that we hate Muslims, we only hate the fact that they encourage violence and condone violence which leads to killing of vulnerable people everyday and their inability to tolerate other religions.

Not that we hate Hausa-Fulanis, we only hate their hatred for fairness, equity and merit.

This is why we are asking for Nigeria to peacefully allow Biafra go and build their dream country or allow Nigeria co-exist as a united nation of nations just like the United Kingdom made up of - England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales with each of the independent nations having their full independence but we can then operate under the Nigerian umbrella to enjoy the robust population benefits and strong national defense.

Nigeria is not working the way it is.....Yorubas must rise up above partisan politics of using other tribes to shine and call a spade a spade by joining Igbos to put pressure on wicked Hausa-Fulanis to allow Nigeria restructure completely or divide peacefully, the time is NOW!! cool

Sweet.
But sha this thing caused the parents of one of my friends to rubbish his future. Dad is a doctor, mum is a nurse. They pressured their son to study medicine.
Boy wanted to become an engineer.
Long story short, boy dropped out of med school and is now a depressed 30+ years old man. Doesn't have a job, no career. The parents abandoned him and treat his younger siblings with more respect.
Brilliant kid o.

God forbid that I dictate my child's future. Even if he wants to play games, I will support him. Besides adults like Dream, Ninja and PewDiePie makes millions of dollars monthly by playing video games

Why are Igbo girls so so beautiful both home and abroad. I still dey reason the matter since, does it mean the chi that created them is different from the chi that created afonjas.
Look at beauty all over
