The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has seized iliicit drugs concealed in the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ. The narcotics couriers who used the holy statue to conceal their illicit drugs were nabbed by some operatives of the NDLEA in Lagos state. The concealed drugs were intercepted by NDLEA operatives embedded in two courier companies. Some were also discovered in auto spare parts to be dispatched to United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Canada.
