I'll be numbering the steps needed for ease

1. Create a page for your business on Facebook 2. Open a business Instagram account
1&2 is very important because you will link both accounts when running your ad

3. Click to Ads Manager on Facebook

Note: ads is different from page boost

4. Before you start your ad, Create the post you want to use on your ad in your page

5. From your Ad manager, click on create ad
Under Choose Campaign Objective: click on messages
