- Brings out a TPM error and sound during the start of the booting process, you can continue to Windows by pressing F1 & this also does not affect the laptop's performance when it gets to Windows.

NOTE: There would be a reduction in the price of this laptop due to the fact that there is an issue with a part of the touchscreen which is general worldwide and the fault is from the manufacturer. The issue has to do with about 1 inch lack of touch responsiveness below the screen and as such, you can't use the touch capacitive means on the taskbar area and some inches above the taskbar.

Solution is to either:
- wait till Dell gets a good firmware update or
- to use the laptop that way or
- disable the touch ability as a whole and use as non-touch.
