Very clear diplomatic answer to Buhari trying to bring in the Brits at this time.
Next, Buhari will suggest that London be moved to Nigeria!!

What an unintelligent and uneducated reply. Not shocked since I don’t expect to read anything intelligent that can stimulate the brain on here. I have only been on the forum for a few days and it might be the worst decision I have ever made due to the amount of cretins on here.

The man is basically saying the complexities of Nigeria’s different layers of insecurity problem is beyond what the military can solve, else, it would complicate things. Nigeria is currently fighting 3 wars: ideological (religious), ethnic and territorial integrity wars. So pray tell, how the military can fix this? The military would just keep complicating things until the center can no longer hold and there’s an all out war.

The only solution is to call for an ethnic conference to discuss Nigeria’s future while fighting just the winnable ideological war against ISWAP with foreign help.

They would get your resources regardless. He’s just being honest with you since most of you just have brains but can’t really use it.

You claimed to be wise or that you can READ and UNDERSTAND than others but just look at what you wrote...........fine and true the UK said Nigeria's problem is complex but can't you asked yourself simple questions like:
What makes UK to shoke mouth for Nigerian matter?

What do they stand to gain or lose if they help or refuse to help with the complexities of Nigerian matter?

Didn't complexities existed before the choose a side during the Civil War?

Do they have interest or investment here that would make them concern themselves with Nigeria’s headaches?

You think the UK representative is just answering the journalists questions for media or diplomatic sake. Think.

Most of you just throw the word “interests” around without necessarily understanding the meaning.

Nigeria as a country is a strategic country in West and Central Africa. An all out war in Nigeria would have a far reaching effect and could destabilise two regions with refugee crisis. And to avoid that, the man gave an honest assessment based on British Intelligence and experiences in other places including within the borders of the U.K. with IRA.

I think the problem with a lot of you is that you can’t see beyond your nostrils and you think everything has to be political and the big white boogieman can never tell the truth. Meanwhile, you don’t even need this man to tell you that Nigeria’s insecurity can’t be fixed militarily due to the complexities involved. All you need is a brain and two eyes; it’s just sad that most of you cretins have both but can’t use them.

Not that the big white bogeyman can never tell the truth. The big white bogeyman can never tell the truth, if the truth goes against their interests and foreign policy. Its not about truth or false with them. Its about saying what aligns with their interests and foreign policy. I don't begrudge them that because they have to look out for themselves.
