Budget about 60- 65bags (it depends on your design tho) but buy 55bags first.

Buy 65Kg of fillas

Soap (3packs) & Groundnut oil 5litres

Tornado nails 15 packs (2½ inches)

Range & casting board.

Please I'm sorry to disturb you, please how long will installation take for a 3 bedroom bungalow measuring 130sqm and how many days will it get dried? How should the payment plan be like?

3weeks for installation. (Dries up in 2weeks, the longer it dries the stronger it gets)
Payment plan should be 80% for mobilisation and 20% once the job is completed. ✓

No Sir, cheesy . I remember the Kitchen is quite spacy & the quality of materials we used, hence the price for that particular kitchen. Kitchen size & design matters.
Acrylics or gloss boards are more expensive than ordinary HDF board.

Should I do a pop for a decked roof or I should just do screeding and paint.
If I am to do pop, do you have dome recommended designs for it?.

For decking area, you could do Cornice/painting and Screeding, incase of unforseen circumstances where the decking is leaking, no cause for panic, it would only affect the cornice, But if you have pop on it (decking)it's really dangerous & could cause serious accident. (Witnessed 3 sites last year, where the pop fell & caused accident due to leakage from decking area).
Recommended pop design for decking area: simple Plain or lite lighting design (in square shape)
