As much as I support generation of revenue through all means , ticketing of government institutions car park, and ticketing visitors is a big time scam Why should a citizen pay to access his country's institution and facilities |

I still find it difficult to understand why local government secretariat and other govt premises issue tickets to those that come to transact one business or the other, now they are doing same to hospitals. Unremitted fund sef. |
