Our client, a Real Estate company is in need of a Real Estate sales executive.

Job Responsibilities :
• Manage property auctions and exchange.
• Maintain and update listing of available Properties.
• Promote sales through advertisement, open houses and listing services.
• Display and Market real property to possible buyers.
• Responsible for managing client and sourcing for new ones.

Requirements:
•Candidate must reside on the Island
•1-2yrs sales work experience.
•strong sales, negotiation and communication skill
