U can issue ur notice and serve it on him. U don't the court to open before u do dat. If he refuses after seven days then go to court

just issue it first, when they resume you know you are instituting action for possession immediately. If you claim mesne profit the court will order the tenant to pay it for the extra times spent.

Thank you, Esthel. This seems more logical. I’m only in an advisory capacity over the property. I’ve advised “the persons needed to be advised,” but they’re insisting to be on a “safe side,” hoping to take any actions when the Judicial officers in court resumes.
Sometimes, people without the knowledge of the law think the law is magic.
