Do state House Of Assembly have the power to suspend Local Government chairman that was elected by people in the LG area? I'm asking this because of what is happening in Lagos state, where the Lagos state House of assembly members suspend a LG chairman. |

Only the LGA councillors have such powers. It's just like federal house of assembly sacking a state governor or even state assembly members sacking the president; it is not possible |
