BH Stripes DigiLAB and Pro-photographers was Founded in 2011 with a desire to bring qualitative product deliveries to the Nigerian photography market space. Located at 56 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere, Lagos, BH Stripes Ltd offers a one-stop shop for digital photography and easily prides herself as the photographers’ photographer. We have developed in-house capacity to meet the needs of our customers in the areas of digital photography printing services both in-store and online, production of various styles of sublimation prints, photo-books, picture framing and general events coverage. Our services are known for world-class qualitative product delivery and we have been quite successful in both local and international photography.

Front Desk/Customer Service key Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers by greeting them in person or on telephone in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Educate customers on company products and pricing
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate where necessary.
• Develop and maintain an updated register of events and schedule studio bookings and photo sessions
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related assignments and provide daily reports on transactions to management
• Maintain oversight on general company information email and respond to online client orders or enquiries

Skills and Qualifications:
• OND degree (minimum) in a Business or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service

Candidate must possess the following:
