Job description:

Work closely with the GM and MD
Daily accounting/bookkeeping entries recording
Daily Account Receivable / Payable
Communicate with Vendors and Customers
Run daily errands
Communicate with government agencies
Lead random projects and conduct researches
Oversee employees

Requirements:

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps,
Experience in bookkeeping
Detail Oriented, thorough and well-organized person
Strong analytical skills
Very good people skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in overseeing other employees
Problem-solving and decision-making skill
