Properties whether abroad or at home are not added as part of GDP anywhere. GDP is a measure of economic output so there is no way property will be included .

There a difference between reality and fooling yourself at the moment heading into total disaster. You can go on a ship and when the ship is sinking you be fooling yourself that the ship is doing well at the end of the day you will drown. That is how the country is the people which are fooling themselves are suffering the most. The number one problem in Nigeria is not bad government the Citizens are illiterate.. I have to a lot of African countries and they are in front of us, by deceiving ourselves are all citizens are not even investing in the country and investing in other countries.. look at the amount of Nigerian investment in other African countries you will be short.
