Why are your fonts in all fliers faint? Breaking?

Nairaland dosent permit high resolution images to be posted on their site, I had to reduce the resolution of those images, hence the faint fonts. Png or Jpeg is irrelevant, what determines quality image is resolution. What I posted is lower resolutions of the original copy

Most times, it's the website that reduces the resolution, although the Printable documents (PDF and Cdr) of my designs are always sent to clients after the job is completed
