We are done with the excavation of the foundation trenches and have commenced the blinding of the foundation footings.

No bro. It doesn't have a pool. It's located in Oba.

More 9" blocks are been supplied to the site.

These blocks was bought at the rate of N200 each last week but this morning the supplier said its 220 now.

We have concluded foundation block work and have started the reinforcement for the plinth beams.

One of the essence of the plinth beams is to prevent the extension of cracking of the foundation in the wall above when the foundation suffers from differential settlement.

Formworks for the plinth beams and columns have commenced.

We are through with the formworks and we're now pouring concrete in the plinth beams and columns.
