Nnamdi Azikwe once said, "No matter how old an individual may be, no matter if he is young or old if he thinks in accordance with the times he is immortal. " In 1996, the first president of Nigeria (1963 to 1966), Nnamdi Azikwe died. Nnamdi Azikwe notable achievements: - Established a string of newspapers that aimed at discussing political independence and socio-cultural and economic transformation. - His contribution to journalism made the media bold in disseminating information. - He was one of the foremost Nigerian and West Africa Nationalists. #veegilmedia #todayinhistory
