How could a mere director ignore her ministry n supervising minister to communicate directly to Buhari on issues about the NPA.....that's gross insubordination!

The NPA Director of Finance, who is also the current acting MD, is appointed by the minister. No money goes out of NPA account without his approval. This is fact.
For your information we are also aware of Intels' pledge to bankroll the minister's 2023 Presidential ambition with US$200 million but this will be discuss at the appropriate time.
