You will need to take a bus from Iwo road.

Try SD express or Landstar to Kano.
Kano is not too far to Gombe.
someone going to Gombe from Ibadan shouldn't go to Kano na undecided KANO to Gombe is like 400km so he is better off entering a car that will take him to Jos and from jos to Gombe is just 3hrs ride

enter a bus going to Jos and from Jos you will find a car going to Gombe which is just 3hrs

That was the state I was posted and i did my orientation some years back @Dakingari camp(but later relocated after the camp)! You can enter ilorin or Niger from Ibadan and then you will see direct bus or car from ilorin to kebbi(is about 6-8hrs) ! During my time, I traveled from Ibadan to ilorin and slept over in ilorin and then took an early car to kebbi;dankigari camp straight and we got there around 2-3pm!
