It's the police's job and not yours to identify a terrorist and one who's not. It's called Intel. You cannot sit in the comfort of your home to decide how terrorist operation or the rules of engagement. Take for instance the Akwa Ibom guy who murdered that innocent job seeker, the story the guy is telling now might just have him walk Scott free as the girl is not alive to dispute his self defense story.
