This incompetent ugly-looking gorilla is owing civil servants many months of salary arrears. In fact, some are owed 2 yrs. plus!! He's a liar!! He didn't go into the elephant airport project because he was mocked out of doing so!! He wanted to use the project to engage in his biggest loot before he leaves office!!! Forget this dry port thing, he won't finish it because of his looting spree!! |
