Ghana's Reggae/Dancehall heavyweight Shatta Wale has been crowned winner of this year's IRAWMA Virtual Entertainer Of The Year category. The 39th International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA) winners were announced today in Kingston, Jamaica in a virtual concert. The theme for this year’s IRAWMA was “Reggae & World Music Still Rise” Shatta Wale made this history as he beat Bennie Man, Buju Banton, Capleton and Agent Sasco to win big at IRAWMA 2021.
