Years ago when the case came up, Delta state through their counsel claimed and accepted that there was no missing money in the State.

The office of AGF and EFCC congratulated them and red pursue the case in UK which they won.

How come the state and and cohorts are now laying claims to what they claimed and accepted wasn't lost.

FG is at liberty to adjudicate and freely spend the money as they wish judiciously.

That was under Uduaghan’s administration and not this present administration. The money belongs to delta state and should be returned back to them. Federal government are bunch of thieves always trying to milk the South at every given opportunity.

Keep quiet. Shameless PDP e warrior. The day Ibori was released from Prison and returned to Oghara, the same shameless South children came out in drove to welcome him. I was at Oghara on one occasion, when the lazy youths Oghara prevented Efcc to arrest Ibori .

Not only did Ibori loot Delta state money, he succeeded in looted Una sense of reasoning join.
Go to Kano, without 13% derivation from FG, go there and see real development. Go to Ogun state, come to Lagos and see development everyday. PTI junction, Jakpa junction in Kano or Lagos or Ogun would have come with beautiful flyovers. Nothing is happening in Delta state

Should FG return the money to Delta state when the same Delta govt has already said there was no single kobo missing in Delta state and even took FG to court.
Are you these people so so shameless?

U see how this country is. We never hold governors accountable for misdeeds.
Just look at the amount stolen!
But we keep castigating federal government

Then hold your leaders in Delta responsible. They told us no kobo was missing in Delta state when FG intiated the return of Ibori loot years ago from UK. Delta Govt took FG to court and proclaimed Ibori should not be witch-hunt as there was no kobo missing in Delta state.
So which money now, should FG return to Delta state govt?

We Deltan's are aware of this. We've deliberated and agree the money should be returned to the state treasury. Delta state gov is on it!

Have you forgotten Budget is almost a daily obligation. You pay workers salary on monthly scale, you run offices on a daily affair, you put up infrastructure to community.
But stolen funds from Abroad, you have to initiate a court case, which most times take 16/ 10 years before any judgement can be decided.
Ibori left office in 2003, the loot is returned in 2021, that is almost 15 yrs interval. Will Govt fail to function during the period

You are just being clever by half. The sincere question, you deltans should ask yourself, on what moral ground, will you approach the FG/ court ? When similarly, you have told the FG/ court that nothing / kobo is missing in Delta state

If folks don't fight hard, Buhari will use this money to do endless projects in Niger republic!
The way Buhari and his brothers are going, I'm starting to think that they want to steal everything in sight, then break up the country!!
Take the endless borrowings for instance..

Why didn't delta recover the money

Delta will go to court and get her money back from the crooks in Abuja.
The only problem here is that the case may drag into the next administration, by which time the Disaster in Aso Rock must have disappeared back to Niger Republic, leaving the mess for whosoever takes over from him..

I'm not in any of the board to recover such fund, neither I work in government organization. But we've urge the state governor and the Oghara community who had been on it since the news broke out. They're currently on it.
