Truth is, we have an accountability and replaceability deficit in the Nigerian government which enables bad leaders.

No matter how bad things get, the leaders are all but replaceable and if you know the right people, you will get away with the worst behaviour. Because nobody can do anything.

Conventional strategies may not work in the leadership of Nigeria, so why don't we try something more unconventional?

A democracy that occasionally seeks to test the mettle of the existing president but allocating that seat to someone else for one week every year.
