Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, Minister of Science and Technology on Tuesday reiterated the need to develop Geospatial technology (GRID3) for operational efficiency and good governance. Geospatial technology is a term used to describe the range of modern tools contributing to the geographic mapping and analysis of the Earth and human societies.
