All prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers will be Monitored by N-Power Independent Monitors, when the N-Power Program commences. N-Power Independent monitors are appointed by the Federal Ministry Of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, to conduct effective supervision and tracking of all N-Power Batch C Volunteers, all N-Power Independent Monitors will be given a device for reporting and for submission of reports to the Ministry. N-Power Independent Monitors will also carry out paper work submission to the Ministry as the situation warrants. All N-Power Independent Monitors will execute the monitoring process for a period of one year. All independent N-Power monitors will be given a comprehensive list and database of all N-Power Batch C Volunteers and would also work and liaise with the state N-Power focal person to ensure transparancy, accountability and to make for the N-power scheme which is designed to lift 100 million youths out of poverty and unemployment meets its set objective.
