It should be not so expensive like at the European rental companies.

I don't care if its already old or scratched or with dents. It should be in a
good technical condition and should have an A/C.

depends on what you need the car for,Abuja is kind of funny so it's best you act like a foreigner and hire the regular 307's with the driver on a daily basis. You could be lucky to find a trustworthy driver; or work something out with your hotel.

I could only find car rental companies from Europe or US. And for a daily rate of 100 US$ and thats definitely too much.
