I was confused when I read that the Lagos State Commissioner of Police stated that there is no Kidnapping in Lagos. Is 'One Chance' recognized elsewhere apart from Lagos State or is it even a defined English word? Is 'One Chance' not the same as Kidnapping? I need to hear from you, pls. |

They're all the same joor so far as taking the victim to an unknown destination and then extorting money forcefully either from them or relatives is there. |

One chance will strip you of all your valuables and push you out of their car. Kidnappers will keep you for days and demand ransom. Most times, huge amounts that even if they sell your family, Una no go fit get the money. Kidnappers will keep you in fear, throw your family into anguish. |
