DELL LATITUDE 12 5285 (Factory Bought) - Core i5 vPro - 7th gen - 512gb SSD - 8gb RAM - 2.7ghz speed - WUXGA Display (higher than full HD) - Touchscreen - Keyboard light - 2-in-1 - Detachable keyboard & screen - Front facing camera - Back camera - Call sim card slot - Portable - Two USB type C port for charging - 9hrs battery life - Charger Issue: 1 inch below doesn't have the touch capacity (was shipped down like this); if you intend to use that 1 inch portion that doesn't have the touch, you can turn the screen upside down or to portrait mode if using as a tablet, after the keyboard has been detached. Adewale1603:No Sir... Based on other users in the US and other countries experiences, it returns back to the same issue. You can have the full Windows workspace set to be full but 1 inch below would lose it touch capacity... That part is the place where the taskbar is...meaning, you can only use the mouse cursor to check the battery percentage, increase the volume, connect to WiFi and everything that lies on the zone of the taskbar below...and not touch. The area above the taskbar in this mode has the touch effect. But as it is right now, You can use both the touch and mouse on the taskbar... The only thing is that it's set to 10 inches display mode. Seems Dell either made a 10 inch for a 12 inches frame or something we've been struggling to find the solution. Dell doesn't have the solution ATM, Sir.
