PDP Patrick Yakowa won with 1,334,319 VOTES CPC Had 1,133,564 Votes. ABU Vice Chancellor who is the Returning Officer for INEC Kaduna state has declared Mr Patrick Yakowa , the Incumbent PDP Governor the Winner amidst tight Security in Kaduna.  Praise God! Halleluyah!!  |
