If Abidemi Rufai had been successful with the fraud, he will return to Nigeria to become the highest political leader of his region in Nigeria, or National leader of one of Nigeria’s largest political parties., and may be eying to become president of Nigeria - just like one drug baron before him who gave up drug money to US govt for his freedom but returned to Nigeria and became a political mover in his region.
