This is very likely a waste of money because all other things that need to be in place to support this are not in place, except you can tell me that: - Lagos has a form of facial recognition software - lagos has a comprehensive database of plate numbers and who the owners of these plate numbers are and where they reside ( most people use fake addresses for vehicle license and drivers license reg and even if correct have moved once or twice and addresses never updated) - lagos has locations of all police vehicles on patrol via GPS and can immediately deploy from the control center to deal with any issue. - that we even have a statewide or national emergency number that links directly to the control center. 2 Likes |
