There is also no access to border areas like Cameroon, like Ojukwu had, incase you want to smuggle in weapons like Ojukwu also did. Today's Biafra is landlocked and surrounded by Nigerian territory. Any kind of conflict will result in very massive casualties, far greater than the civil war in the 60's. I think it is cheaper for the Igbos to pursue succession through other means.
