I'm pained by unemployment. When I see youths not employed, it pains me wholeheartedly. So guys I'm working on an idea. I want to have like an incubation hub where youths can be part of. I will pay facilitators and tutors to teach digital skills like programming. I'll have a big generator and some laptops. We learn together, source for projects together , work on projects together and be better together. What do you think?
Is it easy to get commited tutors ?

Great idea, Please if you are in lagos I am fully in. One student which is myself guaranteed. Others will join

I don't think they can mature in a group class within any time frame. They need personal practice and take home assignments.

So having some laptops is not enough. The students should have laptops and do their assignments at home if you really want to have the impact you're looking at.

I'm not being pessimistic, just bringing this up so you can shape your idea better.
