The Consular Check Ties Of The Applicant During Interview by coastD: 10:56pm On Jun 02, 2021

What is TIES?
TIES is what ensure applicant return back to home country after granting visa to travel to the US.
There are many ties and the consular consider how the ties will affect the applicant and ensure the applicant return back to their home country.

According to US IMMIGRATION LAW for visa policy , it state that ,all US visa applicant are intending immigrant ,meaning if the visa is granted then applicant will not want to return back to nigeria.
The consular consider all applicant as immigrant but during the interview ,the consular go through the application and ask series of questions before making finial decision.

Applicant telling the consular that they have ties does not automatically make the consular to believe the applicant.
LACK of ties have make many of the applicant to get rejected

For US visa application, visa consultation ,visa processing get intouch with Mr Richard 08024995989 call and whatsapp
