LG ELECTION: CANDIDATES OF THE PDP FILL NOMINATION FORMS IN OGUN CENTRAL

In preparations ahead of the local government election coming up on 24th July,2021,the Ogun State Chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), in Ogun Central has completed filling of the nomination forms issued to them by the electoral body in the State,Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) for the screened candidates of the party.

This followed the release of the nomination forms to the party's Secretary in the State,Prince Adeleke Shittu who is a loyalist to the late Senator Prince Buruji Kashamu led faction.

The acting Chairman of the party,Alhaji Semiu Shobayo today implore all candidates of the party in the Senatorial district to be up and doing,protecting the image of the party and keep to their electoral promises in line with the party's guideline.

In reaction,the party's candidate for the Chairmanship position in Odeda local government,Hon. Akamo Olatunbosun Morufu expressed his sincere gratitude to all party faithful,leaders and elders for their unflinching support for him on his emergence as the candidate of the party in the local government.

I will initiate people orientated programs that will add value to the development of all at the local government when elected. And it is going to be a government of us all,he added.
