I have followed a series of unfortunate events in Nigeria and with the agitations going on I feel everyone voicing out has a problem and is not happy with the way things have turned out. Nothing has been done to show people that things will be better. Mr President we still have faith in you and it's never too late. I have chosen today to make this write up after serious thoughts.

Security: Having security heads of various security outfits bad. Doesn't tell well . Doesn't federal character work in Nigeria? Look what former presidents did.
Retirement of military personnel when they have waited for their turns to enjoy their fruits of labor only to be voluntarily retired is bad.

Jobs. No jobs opportunity for the youths. Every opportunity out there is hijacked by
politicians. This is why the masses suffer. No functional industries in many states. Those existing have been killed by high tax and have folded.
Herders / Fulani crisis. This is simply a case of terrorist. Most of this people are not Nigerians they have been sent to infiltrate recruite and it's only a matter of time things will get worse than it has already been. Declare them a terrorist organization.
Miyeti Allah has been making statements and issuing treat's but they have not been addressed . No Nigerian is more Nigerian than any Nigerian. We are one.
Biafra/Esn: Sit down and discuss with the parties involved. Let's stop the unnecessary killings . Majority who have died are not even ipob members. Nothing has been done about lekki End SARS killing and another is going on in the south South.
Community policing: Kindred head's should submit the names of persons causing problems in their various clan for arrest and prosicution. Life imprisonment for culprit found guilty.
Police:we have graduated many barristers without Chambers. How do dey practice? Each station should have one or two depending on its size to check cells everyday so many have died with out given a fair hearing. Once u are brought in by the police let the barristers hear from you before you and locked up.
Judicial system: is Compromised their verdict is no longer considered. Maybe they number of courts shd be downsized. Retire all the chief Judges and sans . Review their constitution. They shd have autonomy.same with local governments Chairmen.
Education:Sch fees are high most people are willing but can not afford. What becomes of them is what is happening in our societies. Robberies. Kidnapping, thuggery etc. Federal universities should be affordable. State University and be affordable too. Most courses are not relevant again.introduce new ones . Proper funding such that we can not hear of ASUU strike again. Senators have been cashing out they are not better than teachers.
Doctors: They need better pay. Proper funding and scholarship so our politicians won't be traveling out to spend money that would have added value to our economy.
Security again.
1. More recruitment has to be done. Those who applied for NSCDC for two years now nothing has happened.
Army needs to increase the number of personel.
Police need to recruit more.dont they do verification? This helps to know the number of active personnels alive. Instead they do replacement and put people or sell slot's to politicians. They monies allocated is enough to pay for new recruits but they prefer to eat them.
2.Npower 2020.how will it work when students have been target of kidnapping. Or is through internet that they will teach?
Natforce is another way to compliment the military and insecurity in Nigeria.
Peace corps will secure schools better. They have the training.
Hospital funding is zero in Nigeria
Roads are death traps
Aviation industry is needs new planes. Infact if possible sale the old ones and get new ones.
Police should be reformed.
Armor for the Armed Force is key. They have been underfunded it is bad.
Sanetors should stay in their various constituents and monitor projects, they can have virtual meetings? Or once a month have meetings.
Their salaries should be slashed they are overpaid that's why they don't want to work the money just keep on coming.
Pension are no longer paid if pensioners protest they are beaten and teargassed . What do you get after service and love for country? Nothing.
Oil companies need to do more projects especially in host commities. It's a must. Scholarships? Hospitals, schools and water even getting light to the community.
Farmers: can no longer farm. Due to insecurity. Proper funding for farmers.
Any traditional ruler, Chief having ties with bandits or thugs, criminals, thieves, kidnappers should be removed and lucked up live imprisonment without trial.
Bill for death sentence for. Launderers of money. Kidnappers, rapist, bandits ,Thugs, Cultists, Prostitutes,419ners, Scammer's, fake ponzy scheme owners,
Gorvernors should reduce their convoys and number of personal assistants.
Security Vote: What has governors been doing with it? Most police stations don't have vehicles if it's not relevant then it should stop coming. Even vigilante most don't even have a bike.

The man's health cannot withstand the stress. He cannot resign due to partisan politics. All his aides are working against him except a few..

Nothing to salvage the situation except we have patrotric men who are ready to hold brief on his behalf. Apologise to Nigerians and start making steps to get likeminds who will tour the nation to plead for peace.

Without this,2023 will be a night mare. Even the Northerners are tired of insecurity. Kebbi State Governor will never forget his experience yesterday. Our Governors need to stop gallivanting, they need to take governance seriously.

In a game of football buhari is just like a Coach. It's us who have to make things right as player's. Our only fault is we lacked certain things from the beginning. But it's still possible to make some changes make things work. If Nigeria seperats what do I stand to gain? Nothing at all rather some of the people aggitating will even suffer the more.
