-law in the constitution
-law by the national assembly
- pronunciation by the court of law.


Executive order or decisions are not law!

-the only way using Twitter in Nigeria can be prosecutable is if there is a law criminalizing it.

-the only way they can do this is to get National assembly to make a law and assign punishment for it.


The President can make directives but cannot make Law.
