The principal cause of prostitution in Yorubaland is poverty. Poverty in Yorubaland is artificial caused by the Ißo who suspended the regional system and introduced the unitary system the Fulani have used to steal the wealth and resources of the Yoruba people causing artificial poverty in which parents often feel obligated to sell their children to pimps because their low salary does not allow them to meet the needs of their family. Poverty also becomes a cause of abandonment and fuelling cyber fraud.

The blame has to go round, please. If some useless guys don't patronize prostitutes, will the ladies still be doing that business?

The truth is, sex sells because we men want it to. The men are not dogs, especially married men. We all have a role to play.

In Sweden ,men who patronise prostitutes are arrested.
The Nordic Model approach to prostitution (sometimes also known as the Sex Buyer Law, or the Swedish, Abolitionist, or Equality Model) decriminalises all those who are prostituted, provides support services to help them exit, and makes buying people for sex a criminal offence, in order to reduce the demand that drives .
