Axion Farms is a subsidiary of Axion Integrated Services Limited. We are seeking for an experienced and competent farm supervisor.

We are recruiting to fill the position below;

Job Title: Farm Supervisor
Location: Akinyele LGA, Oyo State

Key Responsibilities

The farm supervisor will be responsible for;
- Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the farm, which include (but is not limited) land preparation, planting, irrigation, plant care, record keeping, and harvesting.
- Coordinating the logistics involved in the transportation of farm produce.
- Coordinating and directing farm workers.
- Ensuring the safety, maintenance, and proper functioning of facilities and equipment used on the farm, or belonging to the farm.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Farm Managers.

Education and Experience
The potential employee must possess;
• OND or HND in relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years in farm supervision/management
• Experience in the management of a vegetable farm is compulsory
