I asked from a close friend of mine staying around that area and she said the area is damn rough, one can't even drive conveniently around the area, thx but am no longer interested again

@ afrobaby. ur response is not thru as to accessibility to n fro the area. beside, nobody can force/lure u to rent a place. even from what u said, "ur friend that lives around" why is she living there afterall

presently, Lagos State is constructing the road and bridge in the neighbourhood while that road is called AGILITY which leads to an estate. the subject newly completed 2 br flat above mentioned is even before the estate.
the hurtle now is temporary while easy access on a good road network ll be permanent when completed.

My friend doesn't live in agility, my friend stays in mile 12, at least u accept that road to dat area is still under onstruction, part truth I must say
I dont need to drive down to such an area then seeing it is not what I want cos of the road,

i hear lagos state government has passed a bill into law that no landlord should force any tenant to pay more than one year rent unless the tenant is willing.
