The second achievement was that in GEJ's government, she led the charge that led to Nigeria overtaking South Africa as the biggest economy in Africa by far.

Ask yourself why cutting edge worldclass companies are struggling to have her sitting at their board meetings. She is a major chick in Twitter, GAVI, has a major role to play in the South African government, and recently beat the world by clinching the chairlady's position of the World Trade Organisation.

So all these your(plural) hating and insults being thrown at her, by claiming she hasn't achieved anything and by making her a mere running mate to Adesina, who she practically put in the position he occupies today at AfDB, won't cut it

I don't even have to read those political tweets from Soludo who was jealous of her and was supporting rival political forces.

People like Pat Utomi, Soludo, Oby Ezekwesili fought her, but she emerged triumphant.

She masterminded Nigeria's emergence from the debt trap.

She also spearheaded Nigeria overtaking both Egypt and South Africa, to become the largest economy in Africa.

Adesina was also a minister in the GEJ government that started accummulating debt. Why haven't you pointed that out? You guys are just something else.

Anyway, the US is reputed to be the world's greatest economy, yet it owes trillions of dollars. What matters is that it is the greatest economy, not really what it owes. It can only owe that amount as the greatest economy. Somalia will never owe such an amount because her economy is negligible.

Big economies are seen as credit-worthy because business is happening, which is why most of the biggest economies in the world owe the most. e.g UK, France, USA e.t.c

Ngozi Iweala stands heads and shoulders above you ideal minister of finance. Today, she is about the only minister, who I know, has what it takes to be the US secretary of finance or the UK chancellor of exchequer.

Today she beat various financial heavyweights of the world, from first world countries to emerge as the WTO supremo. Not something to be trifled with.

I was just thinking Nigeria isn't ripe yet for a female president besides Okonjo-Iweala is older and therefore she will be weaker physically.
Both are experienced and experts in their fields of study. I wish we could try technocrats after trying politicians for years without progress

She was given the opportunity to serve Nigeria and goes on record as the Finance Minister who enjoyed the greatest OIL REVENUE in history

Honestly what did she achieve for Nigeria?
She failed to diversify from oil and failed to prepare for the crash in oil prices. She supervised wholesale looting and rascality with all kinds of scams like the subsidy scandal in her 2012 budget and illegal withdrawal of funds for PDP

There is no evidence that she can be part of the solution to Nigeria's problems
Soludo achieved a lot more at CBN with very little hype

Nigeria is not ready for this two, because the likes of Abacha still abound in the military.
