The present unrest in the nation, didn't deter the most ever witness peaceful protest of Micheal Opera university.
My observations on that faithful day,was the students master minding the locking both the in and out entrance of the university gates,making it impossible for the authorities to gain entrance in the university. Also must appreciate the conduct of
the securities ,while the activities of the university was grounded,and the authorities have no choice but to pack outside the university along the ever busy Ekot Epene Road thereby slowing down traffic.
Their agitation, the authorities despite the high school fees,failed woefully making availability of water and electricity within the school, Nigerians public services system is welled known for this...callous minded must say. Though aftermath of this protest,we are still waiting to hear,whether these elders has woken from their slumber.
On a strong note,my appeal to the authorities is never to nurse the ambition of witch hunting these able body students for they have done quite marvellously well,once again,i say a big Bravo for the best ever peaceful protest of the year!
