Well even this one you can see secret service agents all around.. all those roads are restricted and barricaded at certain points. They just don't show you those things. Even those casual looking photos, everyone there has been checked by the secret service before the president shows up.
Presidential visits create necessary inconvenience everywhere in the world. It's just that we don't have well structured roads with several alternative routes, otherwise we would barely notice.
