Curious to see possibilities out there regarding what business can be efficienly run in Nigeria without significant pioneer presence.

Willing to put together a team, resources and mapped out plans once a legit concensus is reached and business(es) is/are strategized.

I saw a YouTube video of a woman on phrakleen channel. She's based in the UK but operating a poultry egg business in ogun state. Her concept is so beautiful and worth studying. You can check phrakleen channel on YouTube, I think the title is managing and running a 15,000 birds poultry in Nig. She has CCTV to monitor daily operations and the buyers of the eggs and suppliers of the feed deal directly with her online. Very beautiful and possible concept.
Also, you can try a long term farming projects. I saw something like that also on YouTube. Check online. Sending of salvaged vehicles as the op above stated is also a good business because repairs will be far cheaper and easier in Nig abroad. Good day

If you want to do this successfully then you must have a top notch internal control system otherwise just know that you have unwittingly done bonanza for your staff cos all of them will steal from you with reckless abandon!
