Woman Caught on video brutally assaulting her daughter over brushing of teeth.. She beats her and attempts to break her elbow.

Neighbours pointed out this is a daily occurrence and the incident happened in Sango.. It was also reported that she sometimes inflicts knife injuries on them.

Instead of taking this to the right authorities and get the kids help, you are bringing it here so we do what with it exactly? In my opinion though, this woman needs to go through some seriously hours of counseling, she's clearly not in her right state of mind and can't raise children in a modern society.
