Some N-Power Batch C applicants, have been experiencing the "scan not successful" prompt (see attached image) when attempting to complete the N-Power NASIMS Biometric Fingerprint Enrollment Process.

An N-Power Batch C applicant experiencing this challenge especially on the left thumb, should repeat the entire process, and make sure his or her thumb is pressed flat on the fingerprint scanner/reader, that is the finger should be flat, facing down (just like you want to do a thumb print).

Following this process will fix the issue of "scan was not successful" issue encountered by an N-Power Batch C applicant.
