Radio Personality, Michael Effiong, popularly known as Egbegba has voiced is mind concerning the June 12 protest. The Kpoko FM presenter gave a relationship between Christ and today protesters.
This is what he wrote on his Facebook platform;

Even Christ was a protester.

Elijah too was a protester.

These are people who won't sit comfortable and bear things, they rose up to the occasion and did the needful.
How will you describe the action of Christ at the temple when he saw people trading?
What about Elijah and Ahab? It was like a protester against the king, his wife (Jezebel), prophets of Baal and others. At a time he was afraid, but he didn't break.
Moses too even killed to pass his message that he is an Israelite. Though I don't advise you to kill, but the message must be passed.
-- Our economy is messed up.
-- Prices of good and services are on the rise.
Kidnapping is on the rise.
-- Armed herdsmen are still killing people in villages in Benue State and other places.
-- The Naira is seriously depreciating against the Dollar.
-- Our soldiers are been killed like we are at war with another country.
-- Our police officers are been attacked and killing, with their stations burned down.
-- Our educational sector is messed up with incessant strikes and lack of attention.
-- Our refineries are dormant.
-- Minimum wage is still pending.
-- Electoral system is not meeting up with modern time.
-- Public officers holders are still stealing monies with no hard penalty on them.

How long are we going to fold our hands?
Should we remain like this?

When the time is right, we won't need to wait for any one to lead. Selfless leaders will spring up from the most unexpected places and refuse to bow down to bribery, pressure and threats. This is my prophecy.

Any protest that is not aligned with the division of Nigeria is a useless protest. Nigeria is not programmed to be better, let's not deceive ourselves with a Better Nigeria protest.

Hey, Nigeria as a geographical location has got no problem. But if you direct your hate toward your, councillors, LG chairmen, H. Assembly members, H. Rep members, Senators, and Governors etc. Maybe you might effect a change and turn your dot into another New York to the envy of all Nigerians.
